Grapefruit, Carrot & Ginger Juice (serves 1): Ingredients: - 2 grapefruits, chopped with peel and pith removed - 5 carrots, chopped - 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped Directions: 1. Place all ingredients through a juicer. Stir well and drink up!
